General description

UNG2 (uracil-DNA glycosylase) is a multifunctional glycosylase,that is located in the nucleus. It is also known as CCNO (cyclin O)and is located on chromosome 5q11. It is present in the apical cytoplasm of multiciliated cells.

Immunogen

a 14 amino acid peptide from near the amino-terminus of human UNG2.

The action of this antibody can be blocked using blocking peptide SBP3859.
