Gentamicin Sulfate is a broad spectrum bactericidal, with activity against gram negative and gram positive organisms including Pseudomonas. It is stable over a wide range of pH and temperature and can be autoclaved. It’s normal appearance may range from nearly colourless to amber or yellow. All BioWhittaker® Cell Culture Reagent and Buffer products are manufactured in accordance with cGMP regulations and are cell culture tested to assure compatibility. The formulations used for standard liquid media products are those recommended by the Tissue Culture Association. Supplied in a PETG vial.

Recommended concentration for use in tissue culture media should be:

• 50mg – 1ml per litre
• 10mg – 5ml per litre
