Not treated (or medium binding) polystyrene surface is hydrophobic in nature and binds biomolecules through passive interactions Is suitable primarily for the immobilization of large molecules, such as antibodies, that have large hydrophobic regions that can interact with the surface Untreated microplates have a binding capacity of approximately 100 to 200ng IgG/cm2 Easy Wash design (round to narrowed flat well bottom) for improved washing in immunoassays EIA/RIA plates are tested on lot-to-lot basis and the certification results for each lot are available upon request Recommended working volume of up to 75 to 200 µL Conforms to standard microplate footprint and dimensions

These 96 well EIA/RIA plates are designed for in vitro diagnostic immunoassays. All EIA/RIA plates are manufactured from special medical-grade polystyrene for uniform binding, high optical clarity and low background absorption. In addition, the Easy-Wash products are part of the Certified Surface Chemistry Programme, which guarantees protein binding performance to be within QA release specifications.
