This new enzyme developed by Meridian Bioscience is supplied with MyTaq 5x Reaction Buffer system, an advanced formulation that saves time and delivers superior results . MyTaq buffer contains dNTPs, MgCl2 and enhancers at optimal concentrations which eliminates the need for optimization.
